These Terms of Use apply to pcfrentals.com and related PCF Rentals property pages, inquiry tools, availability displays, direct booking request tools, and communications.

By using the website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to use the site responsibly and understand that final rental terms must be confirmed directly with PCF Holdings LLC.

Property descriptions, photos, amenities, rates, fees, deposits, availability, calendar data, minimum stays, and policy details are provided for convenience and may change.

A listing page, quote, calendar display, or request-to-book estimate does not guarantee availability, approval, reservation, or final lease terms. PCF must confirm all final terms in writing.

Availability, Pricing, and Smart Rates

Airbnb iCal feeds and other calendar data can change quickly and may be delayed, unavailable, or incomplete.

PriceLabs-powered rates, when shown, are estimates based on selected dates and available pricing data.

Rates may vary by date, season, length of stay, guest count, fees, taxes, deposits, pet rules, and property-specific terms.

Guests and coordinators should contact PCF to confirm availability before applying, booking, traveling, or relying on a date.

Request-to-Book Only

Unless PCF expressly states otherwise in writing, direct booking tools on the website are request-to-book only. The site does not create an instant reservation and does not collect payment.

PCF may approve, decline, modify, or request more information for any stay request based on availability, property rules, lease requirements, screening, and applicable law.

User Responsibilities

Provide accurate contact, stay, pet, occupant, company, and coordinator information.

Do not submit false, unlawful, abusive, or misleading requests.

Do not attempt to interfere with the website, availability tools, calendars, pricing tools, forms, or security features.

Do not copy PCF photos, listing content, pricing systems, forms, or branding for commercial use without permission.

Communication Consent

When you submit an inquiry or use email, phone, or text links, you authorize PCF to contact you about your request using the contact information provided. Standard message and data rates may apply for texts.

You may ask PCF to stop non-essential communications at any time, but PCF may still send messages needed to respond to an active request, booking, lease, payment, or legal matter.

The website may link to or use Airbnb, Furnished Finder, Zillow, PriceLabs, KeyCheck, email, phone, text, hosting, analytics, and other providers. PCF does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, policies, or errors.
